Earn your Cadettes Coding Badge Level 1 with STEM the Gap Academy! In this course, your girls will uncover the fascinating inner workings of smartphones and stoplights. These operate due to step-by-step instructions written in a language that computers understand–the work of computer programmers! By immersing themselves in the world of computers and code, your girls will gain insight into the programmer’s role and potentially become one themselves. They’ll explore function and arguments, learn the art of crafting memes, develop shareable code, and share their memes with the world!  Once your girls have earned this badge, they’ll have a solid grasp of computer coding and the ability to create memes that can impact others, their community, and the world!
